What began as a request for an internal employee newsletter has evolved into several rewarding design and consultative assignments, all of which center around the safety, health and work environment of the world's largest independent tank terminal operator's employees and customers.
In addition to quarterly newsletters, we conceptualize and communicate the Vopak brand and message through ongoing employee campaigns, customer and employee event materials, HR training folders and executive presentations.
Summer 2009, we conducted a week-long series of employee focus groups to provide a detailed follow-up to an earlier corporate-wide survey on Employee Engagement. From our findings, we developed an extensive report combined with supporting statistical interpretation for corporate management review. We also formulated a strategic Communication Plan for the remainder of 2009 - 2010 and beyond.
The existing website for Vopak North America needed a refresh, so we applied a branded redesign within our unique content management system (Spotlight CMS), allowing designated employees to easily manage, update and optimize content and imagery.
Communication channels have increased exponentially due to the number of deliverables developed since our initial newsletter design. In addition, event participation has grown and Vopak Management can now deliver their message of employee safety and customer service more effectively, creating a more engaged workforce on all levels.
