Here are the skills this person must possess:
Ability to build websites in Tables-less CSS
Knowledge of web standards
Basic SEO techniques
Knowledge of PHP, not full on PHP developer
Comfort in Adobe CS3
Experience with content management systems
Experience using WordPress for blogs and as a basic CMS
Self-starter, quick learner
Some design experience
Knowledge of grid based layouts
Javascript/jQuery experience/knowledge
Project management skills
Good with people
Additional skills preferred but not required:
Intermediate to advanced PHP knowledge
Knowledge of Actionscript, AS2
Strong design background
Knowledge of social media
ASPX practical knowledge
